  This was the worst experience I have ever had with a bank. The branch Manager was non-responsive, I had to call him to see if he had completed what he said he would do. He would tell me he would call me the next day. I would go in two weeks latter. Every time I went in to see him, he would state that I was next on his list and he could not believe my timing. He told me I could not roll over a second mortgage which I had with another bank. I told him that was fine I would leave it where it was just refinance the principal of the First Mortgage. He said he could do that. When I went in after 3 plus months to finally close on the loan he had included the Second Mortgage which I told him not to include. He told me one interest rate when I originally went in, he told me a different one when getting ready to close. He told me that the first rate he quoted was contingent on Signing up for Auto Pay. Which he never mentioned originally. I had to ask for figure on Loan Balance vs Payoff amounts. I am still not satisfied that I have the right amount on the new loan. I will not use this bank ever again! If interest rate drop again I will be looking to move to a new bank!
